SMS Program Terms

Last updated: May 11, 2026

These SMS Program Terms describe transactQ's text-message program. By enrolling (replying YES to our verification SMS), you agree to these terms.

Program summary. transactQ sends transactional text messages to parties of a specific residential real-estate transaction (e.g., buyer's agent, listing agent, lender, title officer) on behalf of a licensed Transaction Coordinator. Messages identify a task that is due, the property, and the due date.

1. Program Name

transactQ Transaction Reminders.

2. How You Enroll (Consent)

A Transaction Coordinator using transactQ adds you as a party to a real-estate transaction and provides the mobile number you previously shared with them in the course of the transaction. transactQ then sends you a single one-time verification message identifying who added you and what deal it is. You must reply YES to that message to be enrolled. If you do not reply YES, no further messages are sent. We record your YES reply, the phone number it came from, and the date and time as proof of consent.

3. Message Frequency

Frequency varies and is triggered by the Transaction Coordinator as deadlines arise. A typical recipient receives 2–6 messages per active transaction over the 30–45 days the transaction is open. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. transactQ does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for plan details.

5. Opt-Out — Reply STOP

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from transactQ. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages on the program. To re-enroll, reply START or ask your Transaction Coordinator to invite you again.

6. Help — Reply HELP

For help, reply HELP to any message, email support@transactq-app.com, or visit transactq-app.com.

7. Supported Carriers

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most other US mobile carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and message history are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile-number information and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
