Pipeline stages

Under Contract → Due Diligence → Financing → Pre-Closing → Closing This Week. Counts and progress on one screen.

Priority tasks, auto-generated

Inspection, appraisal, title clearance, walk-through — auto-due-dated from the closing date the moment a deal is created.

Reminders that reach people

One tap sends a reminder via email and SMS to the named parties on a deal — only to those who have explicitly opted in.

How communications work

  1. Add a contact — A Transaction Coordinator adds an agent or lender as a party on a deal and confirms the contact has agreed to receive SMS about that transaction.
  2. One-time verification SMS — transactQ sends the contact a single message identifying who added them and asks them to reply YES.
  3. Reminders begin only after YES — Subsequent reminders are sent only to contacts who explicitly opted in. Reply STOP any time to opt out.
